Overview

ClaimRX is a health claim fact-checking app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

Information We Collect

ClaimRX does not collect personal identifying information. Specifically:

• Health claims you submit are sent to our AI processing server solely to generate fact-check results. They are not stored, logged, or shared.
• Screenshots you upload are processed and sent only for analysis. They are not stored on our servers.
• Search History (ClaimRX Pro users only) is stored entirely on your device. We do not have access to it.
• We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other identifying information.

Advertising

The free version of ClaimRX displays ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect certain data to serve relevant ads. Please review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy for details on how Google handles ad-related data.

In-App Purchases

ClaimRX Pro is a one-time $0.99 purchase processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information. All transactions are handled by Apple.

Third-Party Services

ClaimRX uses the following third-party services:

• Anthropic API — processes health claims to generate fact-check results
• Google AdMob — serves advertisements to free users
• RevenueCat — manages in-app purchase and subscription status

Children's Privacy

ClaimRX is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
